I received a call from this lady a lot of telemarketers were in the back ground. She stated that I had a grant coming for being a good citizen. She asked for my banking info and gave me another number to phone a Sam Martin with a conformation number. She said if the line was busy then call back. The number was 209-973-7966. Hope they get caught immediately.
