they stated a 25.00 dollar payment to the account along with the intrest payment to be paid, when went to my bank learned they took out the 812.40 plus 212.00 also tried to call got busy signal then phone rang but got recording stating they could not hear me and that i should call them again so i tried again and again still could not reach them i even sent them a fax have not heard from them yet! What can i do to get my money back this company taking all of my money out of my account has put me in awhole for paying my other bills,people like this make you not trust anything you see or hear what is this world coming to when you think you have found someone who yo thought was giving you a helping hand takes you for the little money you have and leave you with nothing.

- I finally got through yesterday. Busy signals are because their phones were swamped. Money was pending coming out of my acct but they could not stop it and sent me to my bank who could not either. And being a Friday and a bank holiday Monday it will now be Tuesday before I get my money back! $700! This will bounce my mortgage as well as other bills that are automatically deducted. Maxlend told me they would pay any charges but he'll they have left me broke in a very important weekend

- i hope things work out for you. i went to my bank and filed out form to prevent them from getting any more money out of my account u!ntil i have talked to them. you best believe i will not get involved with them again once i get this resolved

- I finally got through today, and they asked for my debit card info and my money was returned into my account in about an hour. If your bank won't do that, they said it would be ACH'd into account no later than Wednesday, they are returning the money. Thank you God.
