Said a free sample of their product, ordered two products which were said to be 1.99 each. Ordered them. Month later £196 came out of my bank. Rang the company up (in which they were not of any help at all) they said they were not able to do me a refund because in the terms and conditions it stated that you had to contact them if you didn't want to receive the product anymore. Furthermore, in the terms and conditions it stated that if you received your product and didn't like it within 14 days you could get your money back. I ordered this product on November, it is now late January and still hasn't arrived.. I rang them in December and they said they'd send me a free product.. Yet still, hasn't yet arrived...
