I ordered a sample of the ADVANCED FACIAL PR product and gave visa details to pay postage. At no time was I informed that I would have to make any further payment. On checking my online bank I have found TWO following debits to my account which is shown below in GB pounds. Can I get this money back from the company. Please help.
