I ordered a trial for 1.03 from them and at the same time i was charged 1.03 from Smile Product Direct (888-779-0498) they did credit me 94.31. After talking to a super from bellaathome he said he is not responsible for any other business but the trial product came in the same package. On the 10th of Jan i was billed 3.87 what this was for i do not know. the order was placed on the 6th so why was i billed for 3.87 then the 92.13. they offered to give me 55.00 refund but not the full amt.
