559-328-2378 keeps calling me actinglike I have a warrant for my arrest of taxes. This is a scam according to the IRS and DO not allow this man to get money from you. He scares you and intimidates you. He needs to be stopped. Justin Black is the name he keeps giving...... He calls one day from IRS and then next day he is calling from department of legal affairs. Its sick and ridiculous.
