I signed up for the program and could not download the app to my computer. I immediately requested a return of my money as promised in the promo. I have never received the refund and have made the third request for a return as of today (10/27). There is no phone number to reach them. When you make a complaint in their system it immediately shows resolved with no explanation. There is apparentely no other contact info for this site. I believe that this is misrepresentation of their promise in the add they have for their services.
