they carry the singa logo and is quite misleading as if it is a government agency. they never talk about charges and what not.
then in january 13 they sent an email saying annual subscription is $490
i check up this is a one dollar paid up company and the shareholder is a foreigner from slovakia.
1 singapore director and 1 hungarian director
this is dangerous for our fellow singaporeans
those who are affected can file complain to acra or the commercial crime division. dont pay them any cent.

- Please file a police report. We need more offended parties to file police reports. I spoke to ACRA and they're "investigating", but really, they're not going to/can't do anything more. They're just denying ties with the company.
