I was also misled into updating my data with them. I shock to received an invoice of SGD 490 for service I never subscript.
Only manage to liaise with them via email. But was told to make payment before the data can be deleted.Even if we need to pay, why after 2 months then issue the bill for a year subscription.
Can anyone advise which govt department can help?
