Went on-line for a payday loan, next thing I know this company went in and took nearly £70 out my account, Which left me with £3.50 in my bank with two children to feed, E-mailed and phoned them and didn't get anywhere, I had to write a letter to cancel a membership that I didn't want and didn't know I had, The lady said its company policy to write and cancel and it can take upto 7 days to refund back into your bank account, They went in and took it out right away so why does it take 7 days to get it back, they have left me with no money and two children to feed I also need gas and elec but they don't care as long as there pockets are getting lined, Its a absolute disgrace.
