The company first asked my company to register under its database - thinking that it was an official government requirement (I was misled by the Merlion logo), I submitted my company's details. I do not recall any fee mentioned.
Recently, I received a letter to verify my email or the "Singapore Company Register" will remove my company from its database.
Today I received a Tax Invoice of S$490 to be paid for a subscription fee I do not recall applying for.

- Please lodge a police report. I had already lodge and need more victim like myself to report the case to the police.
