This is the email I am drafting to the company. I think it summarises some of the issues all of us have been facing with this criminal company. I believe it will be best to call ACRA as some of the previous complaints have mentioned.

Dear Data Register,

I am writing on behalf of my father, XXX, he has expressed to me the following points:

Provision of Evidence

Firstly, I need to see the evidence of the email address, phone number, and contact details added to the website. Quoting these details is not enough to prove that XXX up for this service. He has no recollection of signing up for any of your services. He only received an email advertising the offer on 12 November 2013, but he never responded.

You have not shown the requisite evidence that he have entered into an agreement, or received a copy of the contract. Anyone can quote those details you have produced above and claim for debt owed. Please send us a screen shot of the page in which people put up their details.

Termination

Secondly, if a chargeable account under XXX has been created, please ensure that you delete it at your nearest convenience. My father never intended to enter into a legal contractual relationship to use any services; furthermore, he has never really understood what it really is your company does or the services it provides.

Technical Error

We spoke to SRANK BEKSI on 14 January 2014 at roughly 3:30pm at the Personal Services desk. We let him know that we did not ever remember signing up for any services, that we only received an offer to join the services which we never replied to, and he mentioned this could be a technical error.
