I bought 2 mens fragrances on 11/27/13, for Xmas presents.
I received an E-mail that day that my purchase has been processed, that was it.
I sent an e-mail to them again on 12/20/13 asking if they have posted my purchase yet, since I had never received confirmation on postage nor had the products arrived yet!
They sent one back saying that it takes 18 working day for it to arrive.
Now it is 1/4/14 and still nothing, so I sent another e-mail saying 18 working days have passed,I still have no product, they responded a few days later 1/7/14 saying it will arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
it is now 1/16/14 and I still have no package and they are not responding to my last e-mail.
I asked for my money back, I had to go and buy other things for Xmas, and I have recently notice that I'm not the only one having trouble with this company.
They have never sent me confirmation on postage nor did they say that they would chase it up!
This companty needs to be stopped!

my Order number is #1817193 processed on 27/11/13 product code 737052377032 for 2 The one gentlemen fragrance 100ml! I have been sending e-mails but not getting any response! do I need to send more proof to scambook? thank you
