I was supposed to have a free trial for 20 days and just pay $3.78 for shipping. However, I never got the product till Jan 8. Anyway, i tried to cancel by calling the number given. They had no record of my transaction and therefore could not cancel. On Dec 24, the company took out $98.46 from my cc. When i noticed this i called the number back and they took my credit card number. I was told that the credit card number i gave them was under another name and address. I then called the number beside the transaction and was given the run around. I was told it was 14 days and not 20 days, and that the number and email given was not in use. This is a scam. Anyway, thank God I paid by visa, and have asked for a charge back. I also cancelled my cc, and had another re-issued.
