My husband and I had new windows installed May 4 2011.Ever since that date we have been fighting with Majic windows to come out and resolve our problems with these windows.This company has been putting us off now for 5 months saying they are waiting on the manufacture!My husband has health issues and decided to pull money out of our savings to pay for the windows in cash.we can't get anyone from Majic to fix this problem!broken glass which was fixed,but wrong color hardware our bay window seals are broken and the gas is leaking,one window in higher then the other wrong screens exc. Could youplease help us? Thank you Wendy Love.
