Received a fraudulent charge from PayPal (user "Zheng Suzhen" ([email protected])

It was from this Stylissimo Women's Accessories Shop for fraudulent charges. This is a fake website, that takes/steals people's money, they open PayPal accounts and people attempt to purchase goods, but this fake Stylissimo website just charges the PayPal account, no goods are ever delivered and PayPal is too stupid to freeze the account or stop the charges, so you end up losing your money because PayPal doesn't protect their customers against fraud.

Moral of the story: Don't trust PayPal.

PayPal's fraud prevention system is weak (non-existent) and it often takes days/weeks dealing with foreign customer service (in Malaysia?) that doesn't really care about Americans and they drag their feet for days/weeks and no refund is ever processed to your PayPal account.

PayPal claims that their "investigation" (which often takes 2-3 weeks) took too long, and they were unable to recover any funds.

So the customer loses their money, and the thief in China walks away after having stole your money.

All that silly talk about PayPal being "safe" or protecting customers is nothing but crap, and I notified PayPal within seconds of finding this website, and finding the other complaints and I notified PayPal Customer Service within minutes after this charge appeared. PayPal Fraud Prevention still waited over TWO WEEKS before concluding their "investigation", and letting the fraudulent thief walk away with the money (and PayPal did nothing to recover any money, even though no goods or services were rendered). PayPal is terrible, and this seems to be quite common with PayPal users getting screwed over by this Stylissimo website and by PayPal.

This company "Stylissimo Women's Accessories Shop" is run by organized crime/thieves and they have stolen well over $34,359,553 from consumers! (as of today)

The fake website/seller just takes your money and delivers NOTHING. PayPal screws the customers/consumers and doesn't issue a refund, so the customers are screwed!

PayPal has been doing this for years now, and allowing this "Stylissimo Women's Accessories Shop" to run for months/years now, and steal people's money.
