We ordered different chemicals from them with laboratory analysis and all necessary documents.
They provided us with false documentation, even false B/L to prove the fulfillment of our order.
After we got the "goods", they were actually unidentified, unmarked bags, with some material, clearly different from the ones we ordered.
Either this company is a fraud or someone in their name commits fraud.

- In 2013 year 'Shenyang Fair Chemical Products Sales Co' offered us an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) by price 40% lower than the average market prices. They even offer us to apply 'Bureau Veritas' or 'SGS' to check quality before shipping (but, in fact, both companies have no lab equipment for Gas Chromatography to check IPA grade). But after we asked them for example of Packing List and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) they gave us a strange answer "do you want cooperation with me?" and disappeared.
