I ordered $531.58 of goods from this company on 3rd December 2013 for Christmas presents. As it became clear that they could not deliver by Christmas, I cancelled the order. They later said I have no right to cancel an order after 4th December, when their promotion closed. They keep refusing to cancel, but are very unclear about delivery dates, which keep changing. I just want my money back.

    we aim but no guarantee to delivery within 1 to 3 weeks after the campaign date.

    Customer may encounter a delay in receiving their order due to unforeseen factors such as: overseas logistic issues, delay from our supplier or strike at the port, just to name a few examples.

    Once we have received customers’ orders, we will immediate dispatch them out of the warehouse after the orders have been vetted by our QC team.

    We appreciate your kind understanding and we will definitely improve on delivery and other areas.
