They are trying to take money from my account monthly. i had lost 169.42GBP for a free trails for both of the products which they said only cost 1.99GBP each for postage. And they want to take money from my account today as well. I just ask my bank to stop the further payment and cancel the card. But as i do received their trail products, the bank cannot refund 169.42GBP for me. so angry now!! please help.

- Hi Christine i am having the same problem, they have taken £169.72 out of my account and i am a single stay at home mum, i managed to get in contact with the company over the phone and apparently its just a 2week trial period then they charge the full amount i told them this was not shown in the terms and conditions as i did read through just tried today to go back and read the t&c's but i cant get to them what so every think i will have to go back to my back and see if they can get my money back. i even said to the company that they can have there product back as i havent even opened the protective seal yet but all i got was them trying to fob more product off on to me which all i want is the money back. i shall have to let you know if i have any joy in getting my money back xx

I read the T&C and noted that the free trial was indeed free however, by going for the freebie, you are subscribing to them and if you do not cancel your 'subscription' after 14 days of sign up, you will be billed for additional one month supply. This means they will bill and send you additional products. As far as i'm concerned, this means the free product remains free but they will automatically send you more products for which you will be billed. therefore if you do not receive another product after your free one, you have legal grounds to complain. THEY CANNOT CHARGE FOR THE FREE TRIAL!
Anyway I was also scammed as I ordered the freebie and paid £1.99 for each product to be shipped. I was fortunate to spot the T&C so I called the next day to cancel the account, however, this meant I didn't receive my 'free' product. I called them and they gave me a fake tracking number and when I pointed this out, the stupid guy had the nerve to inform me that £4 was nothing to complain about and afterall "I cancelled my account less than 24H after ordering the freebie"! Either way I paid for shipment and never received anything = Scam! £4 might be little but imagine if thousands of people fell for this! -

- Cancel your card to avoid future thieving and go to Amazon.com for future purchases of Garcinia Cambogia at a great price without the rip-off.
