I ordered The Perfecter and was then directed to an automated service. I did accept the "Free Trial" magazine offer. I was advised that I would be receiving information about when & how to cancel the subscription before I got charged the monthly fee. I never received any information. When I called to say I wanted a refund and to cancel my membership, I was told that I could cancel, but was not entitled to a refund because I should have cancelled within the 30 days, but I never received any information or magazine(s). I am upset because I did not receive any additional information but I did get charged!!!
