Purchased two pair of so called Ugg boots. On Or around December 4, 2012. After weeks of waiting on them they finally arrived. Within the first week or wearing them buttons started falling off resewed them. Today I just heard from my daughter who is away at college that she need money to buy another pair of winter boots as these are ripping. Bought them in good faith. How sad companies can rip off people who work hard for their money.
