Charged my credit card without sending product within 14 days trial time. When I finally received the first trial package a month later. I sent it back (with tracker #, additional $16.00)and unopened. After repeated phone calls the company said they didn't have my order # (had already given it to someone else) When I still had the orginal emails, with all information on it.
Was told I would be reimbursed full amount within 3 days, because I returned trial package and never received any other products.
Three months later, no returned phone calls (after they, sales person and supervisor have taken it 4 times) and still no reimbursement.
