Purchasing a year ago before the first section was complete, we finally got to our villa 1/4/14-1/11/14. The villas are very attractive, but NONE of the many promises made to us which induced us to purchase were kept. We were lied to, defrauded, misled and all the people we dealt with are no longer there, allegedly leaving to continue their misfeasance in Costa Rica. We spoke to seven "owners" while there and not one felt any different than we did. We were cheated and scammed out of our money, and the list of lies is too long to print here. Complaining to the manager, we were told "you signed the contract, and that's it. Your complaint will not be honored."

- Alan, have you visited the property? Have you been successful in getting anything back? We just finished paying off our contract and never dreamed that this is a scam...we bought 2 yrs ago, even went back last year and visited and all seemed perfectly upfront and legitimate...can you please advise what status you are now at?
