Went through the process to order a report on a property in NC. Said fee would be $1.20. After checking my bank account - a deduction for $0.95 and $17.49 was shown. The report you get is no more detailed than dozens of other sites provide for free. Actually, I am pretty sure they just use Zillow's information. This is very poor business practice. I want the money refund ASAP and the account cancelled. This is fraud and deception at it's best. I plan to tell everyone to stay away from this company.
