- terms and conditions for these free trials say customer needs to cancel within 14 days of ordering the free trial other wise they charge the full price and you are then enrolled into a monthly shipment. you wont be able to claim the money back but they usually take a payment every 30 days call your bank and raise a future dated card payment also try email or call the company and cancel. even if you dont manage to get thro or a responce from email use that date as your cancellation date to stop any further payments from leaving the account. i work for a bank and do this 100s of times a day
