I ordered a weight loss supplement from this company in December. I was away during the holidays. When I returned the product had arrived but I also noted a credit card charge of $149.83. I called to have the charge refunded but was told I had no legal grounds to get the money back since I had checked a box saying I agreed to their terms. It seems the terms were that I must notify them within 14 days if I did not want to pay the full price. I tried desperately to get them to make a refund since I had not yet tried the product. They refused to do so. I consider this to be a fraudulent scam regardless of the effectiveness of the product which I have not yet tried.
