Order the free 14 day trial in Nov. Followed the instructions. Saw no difference. Tried to find out how to cancel. There is no information in the package or on the envelope. Tried for a month to find out how to stop it. Received another an order in November. Still there was no information with it to get it stopped. Dec 8, 2014 received another shipment. Finally found out through my bank that there was a telephone # on my bank statement where the payments had gone. Called immediately and got it stopped. They would not let me send the two orders back for a refund. The original trial order had disappeared from my phone. The information on the bottle was just the manufacturer. They could not help me.

- THESE FREE TRIALS USUALLY HAVE A PAYMENT AUTHORISED EVERY 30 DAYS THIS IS USUALLY A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE THE PAYMENT LEAVES THE ACCOUNT. WORKING OUT 30 DAYS FROM LAST PAYMENT. CALL YOUR BANK AND ASK THEM TO STOP ANY FURTHING PAYMENTS FROM COMING OUT THE ACCOUNT. TELL THEM THAT YOU HAVE CANCELLED IT WITH THEM GIVE THEM THE DATE YOU CANCELLED DATE. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO STOP ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS FROM DEBITING. IF THEY CHANGE THE PAYMENT DATE OR AMOUNT THE PAYMENT WILL STILL GO THO BUT SHOULD BE RETURNED BY YOUR BANK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS
