I ordered some products from this company,they shipped but it was held up in customs. They said they would refund, but a month and a half later they only say they will do something BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. They insist they have already refunded the full amount, but my credit card company has no record of there being any refund. Just excuses and lots of runaround.
