I ordered ugg boots from them on25th December 2013 and I received a card through the post box telling e they could not deliver my parcel I had to collect from my local post office and that I had to pay customs and handling fees of £18.73 before I could get them I did this but was very annoyed about it and when I got the ugg boots they were fake ones I had thought they were a good buy at 50percent of the price but obvious I was conned I have lost £107.00 with this and am very unhappy about it ,it has taught me a lesson and a very expensive one at that .is there anyway I could get my money back .
