I bought 2 hp note 3 samsung and get 1 free phone from smartmobilesolutionltd.. i paid full amt on 18th dec they called me to pay from $250 again for delivery tax bt they say they will refund me back..they also email me the ic and liscence after dat they ask me to trf $300 for some insurance thing..after dat they ask for my electric bill bt i say under my dad name he say never mind..after dat they ask for my ic and they will send my item..after email it they say they will deliver before 11pm..i trace my tracking order it stated packge on hold so i called they say nid to pay another $400 for custom clearance bt i didnt pay i ask for refund..at first i ask for refund before email my ic he say have to wait for 3wks..then i email my ic as he say he will return back me back $950 as he ask for my acct no..den i called again to ask for refund he say have to wait for 3 mths company policy..
