Paid for and downloaded their program.
Watched as their 'technician' moved my mouse around.
The technician used freeware (suspicious), then I was contacted to tell me that all was fine, but that I needed to buy Panda off them and my McAfee was no good (same number of errors as a magazine editor had - check Google).
I declined, and fired up my comp - total garbage!
Had to delete their program (£190 total), then had to reload some programs.
Their contact number does not work, so I cancelled my monthly subscription, but I have still been robbed of £190.
These people are scammers - why do the law agencies not act?
