Beware of the 213-289-3777; caller Ryan Gibson or David Williams claiming from Dept. Of Legal Affairs, US Treasury. He claimed that my husband owed the IRS and their law firm is involved to let my hubby know that a warrant of arrest will be issued today, unless the minimum amt of $2000 is paid OVER THE PHONE to hold off the said warrant of arrest. I reported the call to the authorities and have filed a report. Also, the caller have a heavy Indian accent that is hard to understand. Manipulative, irate and rude as well.
