ordered parts on 12-14-2013 left email on 12-27-2013 they said they were working on it waited another week emailed again never ansewred second email got shipping email they were shipped on 1-4-2014 but no tracking # got one part on 1-9-2014 but one part not there will email again this is the worst on line company i have ever delt with there is a asshole in parts department also very rude ca will call paypal if other part doesnt show up in a week will sew if i have to
