Since I complaint, I tried withdraw my money back, they sent me a confirmation e-mail mentioning that my withdrawal request was accepted however nothing came to my account. I requested them to call me through phone or email 5 times they ignored me completely.
Also, I uploaded the contract that I have.
I can give you 10% of the disputed amount if you can help
