They called and asked me if I wanted a free listing on the Yellow Pages website and that I needed to sent them an email stating "THIS IS NOT A BILL" back to them. I did and then the bill started coming asking for payment. I called and told them that the misleading phone call was against canadian contractory law and that I wouldn't be sending any money and to take me off the online listing(which I can see exists). They told me even though I was only on for 2 weeks I need to pay in full. I told them that wouldn't happen and I have contunied to get late bill increases every week it seems and that there legal team is on me.
Please have your legal team call me I would love to speak with someone and let them know what legal things I know. Thanks University
