Payment Assist debited my checking account for $30. I have no idea who they are and never agreed to do any kind of business with them. I am not sure how they got my checking account information, but I did not authorize any payment to this company.
I looked up the phone number associated with the charge and found a lot of people who are having the same fraudulent activity happen to them. The number is 1-866-235-7681.
I had called them several different times regarding a refund, they kept promising me they would credit my account for the $30, but they never did. They are nothing but thieves. I need to have my funds back and hopefully they will refund me this time.
