I am very unhappy with my delivery, my card was submitted on December 19,customer service representative did not acknowledge my expiration date because he trying to sell other items. On December 27, I had to resubmit my purchase. UPS made a very unprofessional attempt to deliver my merchandise. My complaint pertains to a dented pot and broken glass top. I severed two of my fingers trying to remove the glass from the box and discard it in the trash can.
