I went online to check my bank a/c, only to discover a debit transaction was made for $30.00. I had no idea who did that, as I didn't authorize any transaction whatsoever online. I noticed also that a phone # was listed with the transaction, so I called the number. An agent answered the phone and explained to her about the $30 that was debited from my account also told her that I didn't authorize that transaction and I needed that money back in my account immediately.

Also requested to speak to the Manager there that night, she placed me on hold, waited for the Manager for a few minutes, and was cut off. I redialed the #, another agent spoke to me and I asked to speak to a manager again, but no one picked up.

I called again the following day and spoke to a CSR again, she told me she would send another email authorizing the refund, which would take 3 to 10 business days for it to be credited to my checking A/C. Waited 10 more days, didn't receive the refund. Called back about it again, was told that she did send an email request for authorization of the Refund, but she didn't know what happened.

So she sent another email requesting the authorization for the Refund and told me it would take the same time period for me to receive it. Waited another 10 days and still didn't receive the funds. I called back again twice after and still didn't receive the funds.

Just called back again today, 10/26/11, was told it wasn't sent out, as they were having some problems with their system. I told the gentleman whom I spoke with, that this is the last time I will be calling back.

I also told him that if I wait 10 more days and don't receive my refund, I will be reporting them to the government, or whoever it is that I will have to report them to. Was told that he will make sure that it goes out this time, but it will take up to 10 days to be delivered to my account.

Now I actually suspect, this is a big scam. The first time I had called them, I overheard a lot of people on the phone talking to other people in the bacground, and understood it was a telemarketing room. When they answered the phone, they answered it as Payment assist. I asked them what was the company all about, she had told me it was all about people responded to get either a loan, or a grant and they help them to get either, or both.

I did apply for a loan online, but I'm sure I didn't authorize anyone to debit my account. In fact I wouldn't pay for a loan or a grant online, as I knew that was very illegal. If I was approached about paying for a loan or a grant online prior to applying for one, I surely wouldn't authorize it as I don't have the funds to pay to get it, plus the fact I knew that things like that is very much illegal.
