First this company marketed on Facebook claiming dr oz endorsed product and on 12/28/13 this company charged 98.32 to the card I gave for 4.95 "free 30 day trial! I just got off the phone with a Michael W at 1-800-385-2561 and as an exception they are reversing the charge for the free trial, first I just wanted to get it out there that this company is also got a issue with the company that produces this without the RX as it says at the top of the web page states that the RX company is in violation of the trademark of that company

- terms and conditiond for free trials state you must cancel within 14 days of applying for the trail or you are held in a monthly subscription until you do cancel. but very few people read terms and coonditions
