I went to register for this site and it asked for my credit card details, and that no charge would be made to the card; i.e. it was for registration purposes only. Unfortunately this proved to be untrue. AU$349.99 was debited from the credit card.
They did not reply to messages left on their site. Other feedback suggests that this is a scam. The site claims to have been around since 2009, but the scam reporting sites state that it appeared in September 2013.
I note too that when I looked at the site today, it has changed considerably. There is now a link to it's terms and conditions, and there is also a payment page that lets you know that each bid will cost you $24. These were not present on 28/12/13
