I asked for free samples that I only had to pay shipping for. When I checked my statements after Christmas I was horrified to find 2 x deductions of $100 + from my account. The bank said that I had inadvertently signed up to some type of subscription by ordering the samples. They cannot get the money back for me and can only stop future payments. I did not receive any further products from them, nor any e-mails to confirm that I had subscribed to anything or what service I had paid for.

- if no products are recieved call your bank and raise it as a card dispute. when applying for free trials the terms and conditons say you have 14 days from ordering your free trial to cancel it or you will be enrolled into a monthly subscription. if you do not cancel then it is nt free they charge you the full amount which will be the 1st large payemnt you had come out
