Ordered a trial. Sample .thought it was for 28 days. In two wks after receiving product charged again for another pot cream is there any way I can stop this ? As when they send product there are no contact details

- terms and conditions of these free trails states customers must cancel with them within 14 days of ordering the free trial. if they dont they are charged full amount and enrolled into a monthly shipment. you need to try and contact them some how and cancel it with them. even if you dont manage to speak with them try email even if yopu dont get a responce you will have tried. then call your bank give them the date you cancelled or tried to cancel ask them to put thro future dated card payment request form and use the reason cust has cancelled with the company. you wont be able to claim money back that has already debited but you will be able to stop any future card payments going out to them. they usually take money from your account every 30 days so work that out from the last payment. if the date you give is different from the date they try and claim it the money will go out your account but be returned within 5 working days. i work for a bank and have to deal with calls like this on a daily basis
