- you dont ned to have gone ahead with the loan for them to have taken money you need to read all terms and conditions before you enter your card number anywhere. loan zoo are a broker they search the country for someone to offer you a loan they charge a brokers fee for there service which is clearly written in their terms and conditions. by entering your card number you are agreeing to them that is why its important to read them. there contact number is 01625 682005 most have 14 day cooling off period. google the web site it will tell you how to cancel if it says in writting make sure you send it recorded delivery so they have to sign for it or they might say it has nt arrived
