I purchased the developer licence of $199 for project theme back on 3rd Mar 2013 with the personalisation work which was going to start on 15th May, I was then told I had to wait until 28th May and was promised the work would be finished by 5th-7th June for $300.

I contacted Andrei on 28th and asked him when he was going to start, after a few emails i heard back from him on 30th
Andrei - "hey, started on it"

And that's when the lies started - right from the very beginning! The long and short of it is I am STILL waiting for the project to be finished 7 months later!

I have sent Andrei over 173 emails chasing him in that time (not counting the 300+ skype messages) - he has replied via email 30 times with messages, lies and fob-off's like this:

31/5 "getting there, im trying to give you an update soon"
3/6 "hey jeremy not yet, i was out this weekend."
6/6 "hello Jeremy, im getting to update you as soon as possible i hope to be in my morning, as here is almost midnight"
10/6 "im looking, sorry i was away this weekend for my sisters wedding"
17/6 "hey, i will give you an update tomorrow. Sorry for delay but i had a bad week, since im building my house and had to be on the construction site to see what the workers are doing, things will get better as now construction started and i wont have to go there everyday"
25/6 "hey Jeremy, getting there sorry for the delay just to keep you in the loop"
3/7 "it wont be, as i was super busy with some updates for the project theme and the other themes but this week i should take care fully of your custom work"
3/7 "hey Jeremy, i promise that you will get an update by friday, with at least 50% of it done - i started but im not done, and im at around 25%"
10/7 "he jeremy, can you send me again the ftp access and wp-admin access
im getting ready to upload some stuff today at it"
15/7 "I will be online this afternoon to present you the rest of the stuff. I was away this sunday to spend with family"
22/7 "got your message, i was out for the weekend lets meet tomorrow morning"
3/8 "hello, just an update, im finishing this weekend"
10/8 "im trying to copy the changes right now but i cant login to the wp-admin can you give me the wp-admin user please"

etc etc etc right up to this week "eating out back in hour" (about 3/4 times) "out for hour"

Excuse after Excuse!

Im fed up waiting now - I want compensation for the loss of income the website would have generated and also the stress this has put me and my family through! I have spoken to a number of people through various forums who have had similar issues and Ive had enough! Andrei takes down any complaint I put on websites and forums and then gives me half-hearted promises that Ive heard 100 times yet try to believe!

Andrei did some of the 10 tasks but 3 are still completely outstanding & some which just are't mentioned or completed- of which I have had to do the forms for the various membership levels myself!

Total current users – 121 = avg £30 per month @ 4 mm waiting for you to complete the project = £18,120 = $29945.1 LOSSES
