I performed mystery shopping for this company from July 2012 - September 2012 and did not get reimbursed for my work. I am owed $206. I had worked for the company for years prior and had no trouble with payment, but since the shop coordinator Laura Unger left, I have not received any communication from anyone despite nearly 20 attempts via email and phone.
I did speak with a male via phone when the 1-800 number went to his cell phone and he promised me he would look into it, but I have not heard from him again.
The company seems to have fallen on hard times and I question if it is even in business anymore. I would just like to be reimbursed for the services I provided.
