I originally typed in a web address to bid cactus.com well instead hot closeouts2013.com pulled up. Assuming this was the original website I typed I answered and signed on for a new account it then asked me for my credit card information but not once told me it was going to be taking any kind of payment from my card. I've been found out that I was charge $99 unknowingly from my bank account I called to request a refund and was very rudely told know that they could not issue me a refund I'm still fighting to get my money back
