I ordered and paid $9.90 on 11/27/2013 for their 30-day free trial promo. It was not clear that on the 14th day which was 12/13/2013 my bank account was charged $79,95 for that 30-day supply. Even before the 14th day I was looking for their telephone number and I could not find any so there was no way for me to cancel the subscription. I only knew the telephone number from my bank statement so I called. For three calls that I made the reply I got was that it was a construction company, I called my bank to dispute it. The bank's claim department transferred me to this merchant where I talked to Jasmine. She said that that their charges was to be refunded on three business days. I was still asking questions but she hang up. On 12/16/2013 another charge had been made against my account. This time it was $89.97. Again I called my bank and same procedure was made. I talked to Jasmine who said that the refund was already in process. I received $50.00 refund on 12/19/2013. If we had to consider the time element, this refund was applied to the first charges of $79.95 since my first conversation with Jasmine was done on 12/13/2013. This is a clear business malpractice because the advertisement is misleading, overcharging and to sum up --- a very clear business malpractice. I hope you can help me resolve my claims.
