I engaged this company to build a website for me. The package that I purchased entitled me to tech. support, which I really needed. However, after an initial consultation & presentation to me of the website, I can no longer get in touch with the tech. support department, either by phone or thru response to e-mails.
This situation is a breach of my contract with them and I am seeking financial redress.
