As like the other complaints I ordered the "free" trial at $4.95 for shipping.
I received the shipment for the ten day "free" trial nine days later and to my surprise was billed $148.00 (unauthorized) to my credit card on 12/3/13.
I contacted the company who explained that there was language in the offer that if I didn't cancel within the ten day period I would be billed.
I related that I was filing a fraud complaint with my bank as this was not authorized.
The customer service rep. then offered to refund 50% of the amount charged due to a "misunderstanding".
This company is a fraud as is their "free" offer.
If you want to use this product go to a reputable health food store and purchase it over the counter.
