Kevin blur-ba (I asked 3 times if blur-ba was his name, he said sure) of Costello King and Associates called to talk to an Owner, CFO, Controller of our company, and said he needed immediate attention for an investigation. I asked what is the Investigation, he said he wants to investigate our past due customers. I said we have nothing to collect, he said he wants to collect anyway and implied that I'm lying, he said they can collect Bankrupcys even though that is not possible depending on the type, he said fax him the info, but he couldn't give out the Fax number because he didn't know it and got his supervisor on the phone, miss Crabby Tammy Smith at 877-402-1029 extension 302. They wanted me to sign some papers agreeing to do exclusive business with them in the future even though I didn't have anything to collect. He wanted me to give him names of business associates. Very aggressive and didn't know the name of our company. Very mean and rude and evasive, which is the first indicator that they are 3rd rate scammers. I would never use this type of company to contact my customers.
